Chambres is the sequence of rooms it organizes the crossing of spaces and the modulation from public to private. The project sets up the houses with the maintenance of the north-south and east-west biological corridors, distributing the program in two buildings surrounded by nature.
At the same time the complex is permeable to the nature itself, welcoming green room, framed by architectural scenes. Each house has a direct relationship with the green: living rooms and lodges are disposed towards the trees to keep its sounds and perfumes.
Between the two buildings, which contain both houses, both commercial spaces and sports services, it is a public space, oriented toward the historic center of Corsier and creating a pedestrian access within the town park. On the sides, two different gardens, the first, more geometric and enriched with the endogenous species, it connects the project with the context; the second on the west is a controlled wood of deciduous trees, which contains secret spaces characterized by shapes and colors of the flowers and the leaves.
The dwells are distributed on three levels using simplex and duplex typologies, absorbing the inclinations of roofs. Each house is oriented according with the best exposition and ventilation to ensure the heat gain in winter and protection from the sun in summer.
