STARTT together with Point3 Architecture completes the recovery of an ancient building on the bastions of Pietrasanta for a new structure dedicated to hospitality.
The project involves the recovery of a nineteenth-century building that was in a state of abandonment at the edge of the historic town of Pietrasanta.
The intervention enhances the position of the existing building, enclosed between the urban grid and the corner bastion of the walls of the old town. The space between the walls and the building becomes the private landscape on which overlook the interiors – the restaurant, the rooms and suites – ensuring absolute privacy for guests.
The interiors of the property are declined to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of this portion of Tuscany that emerges from the aromas and essences of the enclosed garden.
